By using XOLV, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. XOLV is operated by CYT MODEATS ENTERPRISE, a SSM-registered business in Malaysia.

1. About XOLV

XOLV is a peer-to-peer (P2P) local task marketplace that connects Employers (users who post tasks) with Workers/Takers (users who complete tasks) in exchange for monetary rewards. XOLV acts as a neutral platform and escrow intermediary — we do not perform any tasks ourselves.

All users must complete a 3-step identity verification process: MyKad front, MyKad back, and a real-time selfie. This is required for platform security and to protect all users. False or misleading KYC submissions will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Platform Fees

XOLV currently operates with no platform commission during our launch phase. Future fee structures will be announced with at least 30 days' notice. All fees, when introduced, will be clearly displayed before any transaction is confirmed.

After task completion, both parties may rate each other. Ratings must be honest and based on actual experience. Manipulating ratings (e.g., exchanging fake positive reviews) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

12. Account Termination

XOLV reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to other users or the platform. Users may also delete their own accounts at any time through the Settings page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. This platform complies with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of XOLV after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification.
